Which battery do I need for the LED candles?

For each specific LED candle, the required battery type is indicated on the product packaging. The following common battery types are used: AA, AAA, or CR2032, depending on the product. You can find this information on the product page and on the product packaging.

How does the timer work on the LED candles?

All LED candles are equipped with a timer function. For the larger candles, there are 3 modes available: on, off, and timer. To activate the timer, simply switch the candles to timer mode—they will automatically turn off after 6 hours and turn back on after 18 hours at the same set time.

The tealights and dinner candles have a built-in automatic timer; they are set to timer mode by default when you turn them on.

Can the candles break?

Yes, the LED candles are made from the same wax as real candles, so if they are dropped hard or land improperly, they can break.

Can the candles melt?

Yes, LED candles are made from the same material as real candles, so if it gets too warm, they can melt. It is therefore recommended not to place the candles near a window or outside in the garden when it starts to get brighter and sunnier toward the end of winter or the beginning of spring.

Can the candles discolor?

Yes, LED candles can discolor due to sunlight. This applies to both the flame and the candle itself. Therefore, when the sun is strong, make sure not to place them near a window or outside in the garden. Discoloration of the flame can also occur during colder months if they are placed by a window. If you want to fully prevent discoloration, it’s best not to expose them to direct sunlight at all, even in winter.

For outdoor candles, the flame can also discolor due to sunlight. This is not covered by the warranty.
